Funeral in the neighborhood

There has been a large tent set up covering the entire street for 5 days. There were tents down a side street where food was prepared for people attending the funeral. Monks were chanting off and on for 5 days. The owner was a government minister of some kind. We have been amazed to see what happens in a funeral here. Most are smaller but they still set up a tent in the street for the funeral but it usually just covers half the street so traffic can still get past. This one was huge for an important man. The first time we saw a funeral wagon we thought it looked like a circus wagon.  They obviously want to send their loved one off with color and ceremony. It looks more like a celebration than a funeral. This funeral truck was beautiful, all covered with flowers.
