Wat Phnom

As a part of our anniversary we visited Wat Phnom in the center of Phnom Penh today.  It is on the only hill in Phnom Penh and is a beautiful spot in a very crowded city.  We spent most of the day trying to recover from having Richard's cell phone stolen from the Tuk Tuk yesterday. What a headache!  We have been warned repeatedly about keeping things tight to us in the Tuk Tuk.  The driver we had at the time didn't know where to find anything so we were trying to help using the GPS.  The phone was grabbed right out of his hand by someone on a passing motorcycle. We have recovered from that pretty well and have a new, cheap phone!  So hard to figure out a new phone system.
