Senior Conference

On Tuesday and Wednesday this week we met with President and Sister Moon and the other senior missionaries for a senior conference.  We met the two couples from Vietnam Nam for the first time. They are the only couple in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.  They do everything there, humanitarian service, mission finance and leader, member support. Wow, what a lot and all by themselves.  The conference was so good and we were very inspired.  On Tuesday night we went on a river cruise that started on the Tonle Sap River and then fed into the Mekong.  There are three big rivers that converge in Phnom Penh and form a big X in the middle of the city. After the cruise we had dinner at the Titanic Restaurant.  The meetings on Wednesday were held at the South District center which is a beautiful two story church building.  Around the outside there are basketball courts and is a place where neighborhood children gather.  It is a well lit, safe place for kids to play.
