Humanitarian projects

We were able to attend several ceremonies as LDSC made donations to people who had lost their homes in a mudslide after a heavy rainstorm. We went with Elder and Sister Kohls along with the Minister of Religions to four separate small ceremonies where the flood families received rice, oil and noodles. The previous day there was a ceremony to present school children with back packs filled with school supplies. Their teachers received kits to help them teach sanitation to the children. A project was done earlier at the same schools to provide wells and latrines.
