Sunday

This was another long Sunday. We visit two branches in different parts of the city. A short stop home in between and then out again.  Six hours of Church is tiring especially when it's all in Khmer. We always hope for some one to translate for us as it is nice to know what's being said. The missionaries like to practice their English and there are always American missionaries too.  Sometimes in a class it can be interesting if they ask if you have a comment to make and you have no idea what they have been talking about!  If we do say something they take it as the final authority on the subject. That's a little pressure!  They love to have senior missionaries there and they are so very welcoming. Yesterday we arrived to the afternoon Branch a little early and a young man was teaching a girl how to lead the music. It was charming to watch as he stood in front of her and did it backwards so she could follow. Love these people! Then there was another baptism after the meeting. There were two last week and hopefully three next week. The Chaktomuk Branch is really growing. Awesome missionaries here.
